Industriepark Höchst / Frankfurt a.M.
In April 2020, Lausitzer Stahlbau Ruhland GmbH was honoured by the Standardkessel-Baumgarte GmbH the order to Production, preservation, delivery and assembly of around 3,000 tonnes of steel construction for the „New Boiler House“ construction project in the Höchst Industrial Park.
For this challenging industrial project, our company took on all services in the area of Industrial steel construction:
Workshop planning and production of steel structures
Surface treatment and coating according to defined corrosivity classes
Logistics and transport coordination
Just-in-time delivery to the construction site
Assembly of the steel structure on site in Frankfurt am Main
The steel components were manufactured at the Ruhland site following the handover of plans in 2020. The Coating and preservation was carried out in-house in accordance with the project-specific requirements for corrosion protection.
Due to the limited assembly and storage space at Industriepark Höchst, a precise logistics concept was required.
The finished coated components were temporarily stored on the premises of the InfraServ GmbH & Co. Höchst KG. After being called off by the client, the steel components were loaded by our team and transported to the construction site by lorry on schedule.
Through the Just-in-time delivery we were able to ensure a smooth construction process despite the limited availability of space.
