class=\"whitespace-normal\">Mitsubishi Power Europe GmbH<\/span><\/span> the order to <strong data-start=\"204\" data-end=\"248\">Production of around 3,200 tonnes of steel construction<\/strong> for the \u201eVW West\u201c construction project in <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Wolfsburg<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"324\" data-end=\"591\">In February 2021, as part of an order extension, we also took over the <strong data-start=\"405\" data-end=\"568\">Workshop planning including final model processing, connection statics and the creation of workshop and assembly plans for secondary steel construction<\/strong> at the Wolfsburg site.<\/p>\n\n<h3 data-start=\"598\" data-end=\"659\">Scope of services: Engineering, fabrication &amp; structural steel erection<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"661\" data-end=\"785\">For this challenging industrial project in the <strong data-start=\"715\" data-end=\"750\">Power plant and plant steel construction<\/strong> comprised our service portfolio:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-start=\"787\" class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Groom and wolf<\/span><\/span> in Kamenz.<\/p>\n\n<h3 data-start=\"1181\" data-end=\"1231\">Corrosion protection &amp; coating according to C2 and C3<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1233\" data-end=\"1348\">The <strong data-start=\"1237\" data-end=\"1293\">Coating of the steel structure, railings and ladders<\/strong> was carried out entirely within the company.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1350\" data-end=\"1380\">The execution took place:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1587\">\n \t<li data-start=\"1382\" data-end=\"1435\">\n<p data-start=\"1384\" data-end=\"1435\">to <strong data-start=\"1389\" data-end=\"1415\">Corrosivity class C2<\/strong> for indoor areas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-start=\"1436\" data-end=\"1489\">\n<p data-start=\"1438\" data-end=\"1489\">to <strong data-start=\"1443\" data-end=\"1469\">Corrosivity class C3<\/strong> for outdoor areas<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-start=\"1490\" data-end=\"1518\">\n<p data-start=\"1492\" data-end=\"1518\">as <strong data-start=\"1496\" data-end=\"1516\">2-layer system<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/li>\n in-house coating process ensures the highest quality standards in the area of <strong data-start=\"1674\" data-end=\"1706\">Corrosion protection in steel construction<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<h3 data-start=\"1714\" data-end=\"1766\">Logistics &amp; just-in-time delivery to Wolfsburg<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1768\" data-end=\"1892\">The finished coated components were temporarily stored on the premises of Lausitzer Stahlbau Ruhland GmbH.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1894\" data-end=\"1955\">After call-off by Mitsubishi Power Europe GmbH, we took over:<\/p>\n\n<ul data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"2092\">\n \t<li data-start=\"1957\" data-end=\"1989\">\n<p data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"1989\">Packaging of the steel components<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-start=\"1990\" data-end=\"2032\">\n<p data-start=\"1992\" data-end=\"2032\">Loading onto the lorries provided<\/p>\n<\/li>\n \t<li data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2092\">\n<p data-start=\"2035\" data-end=\"2092\">on schedule <strong data-start=\"2050\" data-end=\"2076\">Just-in-time delivery<\/strong> to the construction site<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2094\" data-end=\"2289\">Due to the very limited space available for assembly and storage at the Wolfsburg site, a precisely coordinated logistics concept was required to ensure a smooth construction process.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2686\"
